Please do not put your child’s name on balls, bags, and other equipment. Child predators are known to use this information to lure children away from activities. Child’s initials on a ball is all that is needed. For the safety of the children, individual players’ names may not be displayed on any part of the football uniform.
“No player shall wear anything that poses a danger to themselves or another player.” This would include any hard or sharp object such as rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, some hair devices, etc. An exemption to this would be medical alert bracelets (which can be taped to the wrist). The referees will be responsible for making the ultimate decision regarding these kinds of items, as they are responsible for player safety. So avoid injury and unnecessary delays in games (and practices) by having the players leave their jewelry and similar items at home or place them in their equipment bag.
