The goal of the Leadership Institute Internship Program is to develop leaders who will be well-equipped for a lifetime of service in ministry. This program will provide a holistic approach to leadership development by focusing on the participants professional skills, interpersonal skills, and spiritual development. During the internship, the participants will also work in specific ministries at CCV alongside staff pastors.
