The Leadership Institute offers one-year residencies and undergraduate college scholarships with the goal of developing leaders who will be well-equipped for service in ministry.
Are you prepared for leadership? With the Leadership Institute you will gain insider training from one of the fastest growing churches in America with on-the-job experience, leadership competencies, and college credit.
The Residency Program provides a holistic approach to leadership development by focusing on professional and interpersonal skills as well as spiritual growth. Residents gain these skills through intentional training sessions, mentoring, and field experience work within specific ministries alongside staff members. There is even a degree completion option for qualified applicants.
Field Experience
Work alongside staff members in fast-paced, progressive ministries such as Children’s, Youth, Sports, Adult, Missions, and Worship as well as professional areas of Technology and Administration.
Ministry and Leadership Training
Learn the skills needed for vocational ministry during weekly ministry training meetings that focus on leadership, interpersonal, and professional skills.
Degree Completion (optional)
Qualified applicants spend their senior year of Bible College with the leadership Institute and earn the credits needed to finish their degree. Tuition includes an interactive Life of Christ college course in the Holy Lands.
