Starting Point for Students
Is your child asking questions such as: What does it mean to be saved? How do I become a Christian? What is baptism? When can I get baptized?
Many children begin to ask serious questions about the Christian faith during their grade school years. In fact, children are our ripest mission field. More than 70% of Christians are won to Christ as children and teenagers.
This class is recommended for students in grades 2nd-8th and answers the most common questions children ask about their faith. There is no cost for the class. Parent(s) of 6th grade and younger must attend the class with their children.
Summer camps are the highlight of the year! Every summer we take hundreds of 4th-6th graders up to UCYC in Prescott, Arizona for a week life changing week. Not only will your child build stronger friendships but they will be challenged to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. Mark your calendars for a fun event that only happens once a year!
Baby/Child dedication is a special time to commit yourself to live a life that honors Christ and to raise your child according to God’s word. A private baby/child dedication will be scheduled with your neighborhood pastor after you complete the required class.
Starting Point for Students is followed by our Baptism service, which is a special baptism service for children and their families who have made the decision to trust Christ.
My Best for You
What is sex? Why did God create it? Why is there responsibility with it? These are a few of the questions that will be addressed and answered biblically at our purity event entitled My Best for You. This class is for 5th and 6th graders, joined by their parents, to learn about God intention and design for sex and sexuality. Take advantage of this awesome opportunity to open or improve the lines of communications as a family on this subject!
Dad/Daughter Dance is an annual event that allows for fathers and daughters to make memories together. The fun evening is centered around dinner, music, dancing, a dad/daughter picture, and much more. Do not miss this special evening with your daughter(s)!
