1st Time Guests
Try and arrive at least 15-20 minutes before service starts to allow yourself extra time to check-in your children, especially if it is your first time.
Where do you go when you arrive on the weekend?
Peoria: All first time visitors are asked to go to the First Time Guest Lobby, located in the Children’s Building (first floor behind the elevator and staircase on the East side of the Building). When you arrive in the Guest lobby you will find our Children’s First Impressions ready to greet you, and guide you through the registration process. Our host team will then personally guide you to your child’s classroom and explain the processes in place to help you check-in your child successfully each week.
Surprise: All first time visitors are asked to go to the First Time Registration located outside Pavilion (between building A and building C). When you arrive in the Registration kiosks you will find our Children’s First Impressions ready to greet you, and guide you through the registration process. Our host team will then personally guide you to your child’s classroom and explain the processes in place to help you check-in your child successfully each week.
