Internships
The goal of the Internship Program is to develop leaders who will be well-equipped for a lifetime of service in ministry. This program provides a holistic approach to leadership development by focusing on the participant’s professional and interpersonal skills as well as their spiritual growth. Interns in this program gain these skills by intentional training sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and working in specific ministries alongside staff pastors. Collegiate level courses and ministry degree options are also available.
Who Would Benefit
Anyone who feels God’s call into ministry can benefit from this program. Whether you are in the middle of your career, have not finished college, or have recently graduated, if you would like to learn practical ministry in an effective church then CCV’s Leadership Institute’s Internship Program is for you.
