Residency Program
The goal of the Leadership Institute is to develop leaders who will be well-equipped for a lifetime of service in ministry. The Residency Program provides a holistic approach to leadership development by focusing on professional and interpersonal skills as well as spiritual growth. Residents gain these skills through intentional training sessions, mentoring, and field experience work within specific ministries alongside staff members. There is even a degree completion option for qualified applicants.
