Senior Adults

This Ministry offers a variety of opportunities for Senior Adults, both singles and couples.

It is our goal to design ministries that will engage you in purposeful ministry and help you grow in your relationship with God and with one another.

Bible Study:

We meet every Sunday morning in Palo Verde I at 7:40 am for coffee, fellowship, and a Bible lesson.

Service Opportunities:

Each week, we assemble the church bulletins and also encourage our members to serve in various ministries with and outside CCV.

Social Activities:

As a forum to meet our newer members on a casual one-on-one basis and to enjoy fellowship as a group, we have a monthly social event. This activity may be a pot-luck, cook-out, trip to Barleen’s Theater, a night at Gammage Theater, a concert on campus, Lake Pleasant Lunch cruise, and other events. We have an annual Thanksgiving Dinner and program.

Trips:

Once a year, we plan a group trip. Our most recent trip was to Nashville.
