Getting married? Congratulations! Please be advised that completion of our Premarital Classes plus our Premarital Mentoring process is required for any couple desiring to be married at CCV or by a CCV pastor.
Requirements to have your wedding at CCV or for a CCV pastor to marry you:
Bride and Groom are abstaining from physical intimacy
Bride and Groom are not living together
They have attended our eight-week Premarital Class
They have completed our Premarital Mentoring program
Premarital Class
This 8-week class “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts,” runs continually throughout the whole year. This means that a couple may join the class at anytime. Classes are offered every Sunday, 1:30-3:30 pm (except holidays) in Palo Verde I. Please call Lupe Gonzales at 623-376-2444 for more information.
Premarital Mentoring
This process involves being assigned a mentoring couple and meeting with them six to nine times. Depending on time schedules, the mentoring can be done before the class, after the class is completed, or at the same time the class is being taken.
The cost is $110 per couple and covers class materials. The Premarital Ministry includes a class video series, group discussions, mentoring and personality assessments. For more information, contact Lupe Gonzales at 623.376.2444.
